3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active account on the qhwin Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. qhwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qhwin login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify qhwin immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. qhwin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). qhwin may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including but not limited to submission of a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by qhwin may result in suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. qhwin accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and direct bank transfers through BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, as well as other payment methods listed on the Platform. Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your qhwin account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. qhwin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.3 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of applicable KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds; and (c) qhwin's internal review and approval process. qhwin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.6 Refused Transactions. qhwin reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct as described in these Terms.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by qhwin are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds credited to your qhwin account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. qhwin reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts, where it determines in its reasonable discretion that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account without compensation.
6.1 Game Outcomes. All games available on the qhwin Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Live dealer games are operated from audited studios. qhwin does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner beyond the published house edge for each game.
6.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, qhwin reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager placed. qhwin shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the relevant wager.
6.3 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with qhwin's customer support team within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
6.4 Applicable Rules. Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qhwin Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the qhwin Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of qhwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited Licence. qhwin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
8.3 Restrictions. You may not scrape, crawl, frame, mirror, or otherwise reproduce any portion of the Platform without the prior written consent of qhwin. Any unauthorised use of Platform content will result in immediate termination of your licence and may give rise to legal action.
9.1 Platform Availability. qhwin does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond qhwin's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.
9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qhwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, qhwin's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your qhwin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Third-Party Services. qhwin is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of any third-party payment processors, game providers, or other service providers whose services are integrated into the Platform.
10.1 Commitment. qhwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential harms associated with problem gambling. qhwin provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
10.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the qhwin Platform may do so by accessing the responsible gaming tools in their account settings or by contacting qhwin's customer support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, qhwin will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform.

11.1 Suspension by qhwin. qhwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) the Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct; (c) the Player's account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players; or (d) qhwin is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your licence to use the Platform will immediately cease. Any bonus funds or promotional credits in your account at the time of termination for cause will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any applicable legal holds or investigations.
11.3 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your qhwin account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you after completion of applicable KYC requirements.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations for online gaming.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and qhwin, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting qhwin's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
14.3 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
